MERIT
Les convocatòries pels anys 2026 i 2027 del clúster 1 de Salut del programa Horitzó Europa s’han publicat, i són les últimes oportunitats per assolir els objectius del programa. El seu objectiu és abordar les mancances restants, les necessitats de recerca emergents i els reptes futurs identificats en el segon pla estratègic d'Horitzó Europa, que cobreix els anys 2025 a 2027.
En línia també amb les Directrius Polítiques de la Comissió per al període 2024-2029, que es centren en enfortir la resiliència de l'atenció mèdica, aprofitar la biotecnologia i la intel·ligència artificial, i abordar les necessitats de salut pública, inclòs el suport al desenvolupament de medicaments crítics i enfortir la preparació i la resposta de la societat. La col·laboració en recerca i innovació és clau per assolir aquests objectius.
Més concretament, el clúster 1 té com a objectiu contribuir als següents objectius específics (destinations):
- Destination 1 – Staying healthy in a rapidly changing society.
- Destination 2 – Living and working in a health-promoting environment.
- Destination 3 – Tackling diseases and reducing disease burden.
- Destination 4 – Ensuring equal access to innovative, sustainable and high-quality health care.
- Destination 5 – Developing and using of new tools, technologies and digital solutions for a healthy society.
- Destination 6 – Maintaining an innovative, sustainable and competitive EU health industry.
